Project Deposits

All projects require a 50% advance deposit before commencement.
Once work has started, this deposit becomes non-refundable, as it covers resource allocation, time, and administrative costs.

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client before completion:

  • All work completed to date will be billed at the agreed hourly or project rate.
  • Any remaining deposit balance (if applicable) may be refunded at our discretion.
  • Projects inactive for more than 60 days without response may be considered abandoned and closed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim for 100% client satisfaction.
During the project, we provide revision rounds to ensure alignment with your expectations.
If you are dissatisfied after multiple revisions, we will review your case fairly to reach a reasonable resolution.

Refund Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after project approval.
  • Delays caused by client-side content or feedback.
  • Completed or delivered services (development, design, SEO, etc.).
  • Third-party fees (domain, hosting, SSL certificates, or licenses).

Hosting & Subscription Fees

Hosting, domain, and maintenance fees are recurring in nature and non-refundable once the service period has started.
