By engaging our services or using our website (bukharisoft.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering into any agreement or project with us.

BukhariSOFT provides website design, development, hosting, SEO, content writing, and related digital services. Each service is defined in the respective proposal, quotation, or invoice. All services are delivered according to mutually agreed timelines and scope.

• Project commencement begins only after receiving the agreed advance payment and confirmed scope.
• Any additions or changes after approval will be treated as new work and may affect cost or delivery schedule.
• We reserve the right to refuse projects that involve illegal, adult, or unethical content.

• All projects require a 50% advance deposit before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is payable upon completion and before final delivery or deployment.
• Invoices are payable within 7 calendar days from the issue date unless otherwise agreed.
• Hosting and domain renewals are billed annually and are non-refundable once renewed.
• Late payments may delay project delivery and may result in temporary service suspension.

• Provide all required content, images, and information promptly.
• Respond to project queries and approvals within reasonable time frames.
• Ensure all submitted content is original and free from copyright violations.
• Maintain valid contact details for ongoing communication.

Delays caused by missing information or slow approvals may extend project timelines. After 60 days of inactivity without response, a project may be considered closed.

• Project delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to revisions or client feedback delays.
• Final approval must be given in writing (email or message) before deployment.
• Once approved and uploaded, the project is considered complete and accepted by the client.

Each package includes a fixed number of revisions (as mentioned in the proposal). Revisions beyond that limit may incur additional charges.

We provide 30 days of free technical support after launch for bug fixes and minor content adjustments. Major design or functionality changes are billed separately.

• Hosting and domain services are managed on our partner servers with guaranteed 99.9% uptime.
• We are not responsible for downtime or issues caused by third-party providers.
• Clients are responsible for renewing their domains and hosting before expiration dates.
• Failure to renew may result in data loss or suspension; recovery is not guaranteed.

• All custom design and development work remains the intellectual property of BukhariSOFT until full payment is received.
• After final payment, ownership of the website files and assets is transferred to the client, excluding proprietary frameworks or modules used in development.
• BukhariSOFT reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for marketing and demonstration purposes.

We respect your confidentiality. All client information, business data, and project materials shared with us are kept strictly confidential and used only for project execution.

While we take every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy and reliability, BukhariSOFT shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business due to downtime or delays.
• Issues caused by third-party services (payment gateways, plugins, or hosting providers).
• Client-side changes, misuse, or unauthorized access after delivery.

Refunds are governed by our separate Privacy & Refund Policy. Please review it for complete details. Generally, once project work has commenced, the advance deposit is non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
