What kind of businesses do you work with?

How long does it take to build a website?
Project timelines depend on size and complexity:

E-Commerce Store: 4–6 weeks
Timely client feedback and content submissions help us meet deadlines efficiently.
Will I have control over my website after completion?
Absolutely. Once the final payment is made, you will receive complete access credentials to your hosting and website dashboard.
We also provide basic training on how to update content, images, and pages.
Do you work with clients outside Karachi?
Yes! We serve clients across Pakistan including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Peshawar, and beyond.
All communication is handled online through WhatsApp, calls, and video meetings.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a website cost?
Our packages start from PKR 10,000 for basic websites and go up based on features and integrations.
Each project is priced transparently after understanding your exact requirements.

Do you require an advance payment?
Yes. We start work after receiving a 50% advance deposit, with the balance payable
upon project completion before final delivery.

Are there any hidden charges?
No. All our packages include transparent pricing with everything clearly listed.
The only additional costs would be optional add-ons you specifically request, which we’ll quote upfront.
Design & Development
Do you use templates or custom designs?
We create custom designs tailored to your brand and business needs.
We don’t use generic templates — every website is unique and built specifically for you.
Can I see a mockup before you start building?
Yes! We provide a free mockup after understanding your requirements.
Once you approve the design, we proceed with development. This ensures you love the final result.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of design revisions before approval.
Additional revisions are available at minimal cost. Our goal is always to deliver what you truly love.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Absolutely! Every site we build is fully responsive — optimized for phones, tablets, and desktops.
Mobile performance is tested thoroughly before delivery.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes! We offer website redesign services to transform outdated websites into modern, fast, and conversion-optimized digital assets.
We can work with your existing content or create fresh new content.
Hosting & Domains
Do you provide hosting and domains?
Yes. Every package includes hosting and domain registration options.
We use reliable, high-speed servers with 99.9% uptime and SSL certificates included.
What if I already have hosting or a domain?
No problem — we can build your site on your existing setup
or help you migrate to our optimized hosting environment for better performance.
Who owns the domain and hosting?
Domains purchased under your name remain your property.
We simply manage and configure them for convenience.
Hosting accounts can be transferred or renewed annually under your control.
What happens after 1 year of hosting expires?
You can renew hosting annually at competitive rates. We’ll send you reminders before expiry.
If you prefer, you can also migrate to your own hosting provider — you own the website files.
SEO & Performance
Will my website appear on Google?
Yes. All our websites are built with SEO-friendly structure and connected to Google tools.
Ranking improvements depend on consistent content, SEO practices, and competition level.
Do you guarantee first page Google ranking?
No one can guarantee specific rankings as Google’s algorithm is complex and constantly changing.
However, we build SEO-optimized websites and offer ongoing SEO services to improve your visibility over time.
Will my website be fast?
Yes! We optimize all websites for speed using compressed images, clean code, and fast hosting.
Page load time is crucial for user experience and SEO, so we prioritize performance.
Support & Maintenance
Do you provide website maintenance after launch?
Yes. All websites come with 30 days of free maintenance for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
For long-term upkeep, we offer optional maintenance packages covering security updates, content changes, and backups.

Support is available Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6 PM, with limited Sunday availability for emergencies.
What happens if my website breaks or has issues?
Within the free maintenance period, we fix any technical issues at no extra cost.
After that, we offer affordable support packages or charge per issue based on complexity.
E-Commerce Questions
Can you integrate payment gateways for Pakistani market?
Yes! We integrate JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
We can also set up international payment gateways like PayPal or Stripe if needed.
How many products can I add to my online store?
Our e-commerce packages support unlimited products.
You can add as many items as you need, with categories, variations (size, color), and inventory management.
Can I manage my store inventory myself?
Yes! We provide a user-friendly admin panel where you can add/edit products, manage orders,
track inventory, and view sales reports — all from your dashboard.
Refund & Cancellation
Can I cancel my project after starting?
Yes, but please note that the advance deposit is non-refundable
once work has begun. We’re flexible — if you face an issue, we’ll discuss options for pausing or rescheduling the project.
What if I’m not satisfied with the design?
We provide multiple revision rounds and previews during development.
If concerns arise, we’ll work together to adjust the design until you’re happy.
